The family behind A1
Richard Williams started A1 after his electrical apprenticeship. The business dates back to 1980, and Richard, his wife Helen and their son Adrian featured together in the original Home Handbook article.
Recommendations and returning customers have helped shape the business. Listening to what you need, explaining the options and looking after your property remain central to the A1 approach.
